After being part of a Hebrew Israelite church that did not follow biblical principles and the doctrine of Christ, God lead us to start a community to teach the true understanding of Christianity in its fullness.
One of the many differences that separate us from other churches is our incorporation of the laws of nature into our teachings.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
In this verse in Romans 1, our beloved Paul is informing us that the things we visibly see with our eyes are examples of the spiritual realm here on earth, even the Godhead. The examples are right before our eyes!
Essene Community Church of Christ's Statement of Faith
God
We believe in God, Creator, Sustainer and Ruler of all, who exists as three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Man
We believe that mankind is created by God. Mankind is made in God’s image to know, love and serve God. Mankind is created in community to know, love and serve each other.
Sin
We believe that mankind sinned and continues to sin by disobeying God’s will. Sin separates us from God so that we do not know, love, or serve Him, as we should. Sin damages our relationship with others so that we do not love our neighbours as ourselves. Sin produces restlessness within us. Sin brings spiritual and physical death.
Salvation
We believe that God’s way of salvation has been revealed in Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ and professing with our mouths that He is Lord. Salvation by God’s grace is received through faith in Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ, Saviour and Lord. Salvation restores our relationships, creating peace with God, with others, and with ourselves. We believe in the holy gospel and teachings of Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ who is LORD over ALL, who from the beginning had predestined us to be His saints in Light, and of whom we are entitled to the inheritance being co-heirs with Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ who is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ, the eternal Son of God, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and made man. He is truly God and truly man. He was without sin, tempted, subjected to suffering, crucified and buried. God raised Him from the dead. Risen and ascended, He is alive now, the living Lord. He will come again to judge the living and the dead - Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ who is the visible image of the invisible God in whom the Father has ordained that all fullness should dwell; for by Him all things were created and by Him all things consist.
Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who is sent from the Father and the Son. By the Spirit, God is present to convict the world of sin and to testify to Christ. By the Spirit, God renews, empowers, teaches, guides, comforts, and encourages His people in order to make them like Christ. We believe that the gospel should be preached to the four corners of the world, and proclaim the good news to all nations of the earth, being guided by the Spirit and showing forth the Fruits of the Spirit as followers of Jesus (Yashahayah/ I AM Saves) Christ to be servants unto all men.
Scriptures
We believe in the Bible, the inspired Word of God. The Scripture is the written witness to Jesus (Yashahayah/ I AM Saves) Christ, the living Word. Relying on the Holy Spirit, we seek the application of God’s Word to our lives. The Scriptures are the sufficient and trustworthy standard of Christian faith and practice.
The Church
We believe that the Church is the community of people who have responded in faith to God’s call and have received Jesus (Yashahayah/ I AM Saves) Christ by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Church is God’s people called to worship and serve Him in all of life. The Church is a united community, loved by one Father, anointed by one Spirit, ruled by one Head, Jesus (Yashahayah/ I AM Saves) Christ. The Church is a holy community, united to a holy Lord and called to godliness. The Church is a universal community, enjoyed by all those who trust Jesus (Yashahayah/ I AM Saves) Christ. The Essene Community Church of Christ is founded on Christ, the apostles and prophets, and entrusted with their teachings. The Essene Community Church of Christ solemnly and wholeheartedly give ourselves to uphold and defend the faith in truth and in Light. We believe in the gospel and teachings of Jesus (Yashahayah/I AM Saves) Christ who is LORD over ALL.
The Essene Community Church of Christ does not define its doctrine in a single confession, but a few selected statements:

What Makes This Church Different?
The Essene Community Church of Christ uses the laws of nature, along with precepted scriptures, to prove all of its doctrines. We believe that the laws of nature are the key to understanding and reading the scriptures accurately: differentiating between day and night, good and evil, and
confirming God's divine plans written in all nature so that we have no excuse
(Romans 1:19-20, Job 12:7-9). To learn what is created around us, is to learn The Most High God.
Why We Are called Essenes and Have Full Charge
We the Church go by the name Essene. This name can be traced back to the sons of Zadok, the
holy priests who were separated from Israel and the priesthood when God's people went astray
and no longer sought God's holy and pure word. These men were taught the laws of
nature and to differentiate day from night and good from evil, so that they could teach the people, on behalf of God, to know the difference. This priesthood was given full charge of the office and of the holy things of God. (Ezekiel 44:15-16, Ezekiel 48:11). Just as in the Old Testament, as scriptures state, there is no new thing under the sun. We the Church believe that God's churches of the earth have lacked in teaching the people the laws of nature, hindering them from being able to differentiate good from evil, darkness from light. We the Church believe that it is our duty to teach people to discern good from evil using these key biblical principles.
We the Essene Community Church of Christ believe that we have been given charge of God's office as in the days of old due to the recurrence of the same events. We believe that Our Lord and Saviour has chosen us to spread this foundational light to the world. Because of this, we separate ourselves from all churches and denominations found on the earth today, so that the people may clearly see what is good and evil from our sole example here on Earth. This is taking place in our time and from this time forward until He comes, just like the days of old, to return to the Essene Community Church of Christ as his leading church - just like when he was born of a virgin, took a body and camped with the Essenes before dying, resurrecting and ascending to the right hand of The Father. As he leaves so he returns.
